Westpac microsites

Extended Experiences is a versatile team tasked with migrating end-of-life systems from Macquarie Telecom to Adobe Experience Manager, ensuring seamless customer experiences.

Focused on addressing diverse business requests, they adhere to Westpac's commitment to accessibility, complying with WCAG2.0 AA standards. Targeting Westpac product owners, producers, and external partners, the role prioritised consistent branding, art direction, and adherence to the Westpac GEL design system.

Through workshops and user journey mapping, I bridged digital experience gaps and enhanced customer value propositions. Each microsite design involves translating Westpac GEL elements to match the respective brand, conducting accessibility audits, and creating Design System kits for approval before handover to development and production.
